What is Metodo StandUp?
Metodo StandUp is a revolutionary 12-month program that allows those struggling with substance or behavioral addictions to undergo rehabilitation without leaving their jobs, homes, or families.
Our Technical Stack
To ensure high performance, scalability, and real-time data management, we utilized a modern architecture: Vue 3, Tailwind CSS, PHP, MySQL, Redis, and a deep Zoom API Integration.
Challenges & Results: A Unified Internal Ecosystem
The primary challenge was translating a complex clinical and human protocol into a digital tool that felt warm and supportive rather than cold and clinical. We aimed to bridge the gap between healthcare professionals and patients through technology, creating a seamless flow between every department of the organization.
Thanks to this custom-built CMS and internal platform, the Metodo StandUp team now operates through a unified "Command Center" that supports:
Psychologists & Coaches: Managing the core of the mission through structured Treatment Plan Management, tracking patient progress, and conducting both individual and group therapy sessions via integrated video tools.
Sales & Admissions: Streamlining the onboarding process, ensuring that every person seeking help is guided efficiently from the first contact to the start of their journey.
Administration: Handling the backend complexities of a growing healthcare platform, from documentation to operational scheduling.
Patient Experience: Providing a "second home" where users access daily appointments, milestones, on-demand video resources, and a moderated community space.
